- A deposit based on the rate for two people staying in the house is required upon making a reservation.
- The deposit applies to any night of the reservation that is not used.
- A full refund of the deposit, minus $20.00, will be given on cancellations made more than four weeks prior to the first day of a reservation.
- No refund will be given for cancellations made less than four weeks prior to the date of the reservation.
- A minimum length of stay is required during various seasons.
